Default Something is wrong with burning shield

Did anybody else notice that the burning only triggers maybe half the time? I have no idea why. Half the time, it seems that it doesn't do anything except block the melee attack... anyone else notice this?

It was against other players in PvP as well as the norn tournament...

Oh well, when I get back home from work, I am gonna run some tests with a guildie and see if I am able to figure out what exactly was causing it (assuming of course I wasn't just imagining things- it happened SEVERAL times though).

Ah, I think it is just a graphical glitch. I tested it out and occassionally the burning animation failed but the effect still happened.
